Eligibility and purchaser representations
You may use the Site and purchase products only if you:

We may request verification of age, identity, organization, research qualification, intended use, location, or payment authorization and may refuse access or orders when verification is incomplete or risk concerns arise.
Research Use Only
You will not administer, ingest, inject, inhale, apply, prescribe, dispense, transfer, or otherwise use any product for a prohibited purpose. You must not represent a MeglioGen product as a drug, medicine, supplement, treatment, cure, or product approved for human or veterinary use.
You are solely responsible for legal compliance, facility suitability, training, protective equipment, hazard evaluation, documentation, storage, handling, transportation, research controls, and disposal. MeglioGen does not provide medical advice, dosing guidance, reconstitution instructions, or instructions for human or animal administration.
Customer accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and all activity through your account. Notify [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not impersonate another person, provide false information, share accounts to bypass restrictions, or use automated means to create accounts or submit orders. We may suspend or terminate accounts creating legal, payment, fraud, security, or compliance risk.
Product information and documentation
We make reasonable efforts to present names, quantities, images, specifications, availability, and documentation accurately. Images are illustrative, and packaging or labeling may change without materially altering the listed product.
Certificates of Analysis apply only to the identified lot or batch. Results may vary by laboratory, method, sampling, instrument, handling, and testing conditions. Documentation is for research reference and is not medical, clinical, regulatory, or legal advice.
We may correct listing, pricing, availability, or typographical errors at any time. If a correction materially affects an accepted order, we will provide an appropriate remedy as required by law.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase and does not guarantee acceptance. Automated confirmation only acknowledges receipt. Acceptance occurs when we approve the order for fulfillment or expressly confirm it.

You authorize MeglioGen and its providers to charge the selected method for the displayed total and represent that you are authorized to use it. Third-party processors and financial institutions control their own verification, risk, settlement, hold, decline, and dispute procedures.
Shipping and delivery
Options, estimates, rates, carrier services, cutoffs, restrictions, and packaging practices are described during checkout or in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
You are responsible for a complete, accurate, deliverable address. Carrier delays, weather, emergencies, government action, security screening, and events beyond our control may affect delivery. If we cannot ship within the stated or legally required period, we will provide notice and available options as required by law.
Report damage, missing contents, or delivery concerns promptly and preserve packaging, labels, photographs, and carrier records.
Returns, replacements, and refunds
Returns and resolutions are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Because products may be sensitive research materials, opened, used, compromised, improperly stored, temperature-exposed, tampered, or unauthorized returns may be ineligible.

Intellectual property

Reviews and user content
Submitted reviews, feedback, images, or messages must be truthful, lawful, non-confidential, and non-infringing. You must not submit human-use claims, medical outcomes, dosing, treatment, diagnosis, or unlawful content concerning RUO products. We may moderate or remove content creating legal, compliance, safety, or platform risk.
You retain ownership but grant MeglioGen a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, format, display, and use submitted content to operate and promote the Site, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
The Site may interact with processors, carriers, analytics, email platforms, security providers, and third-party websites. MeglioGen does not control their independent availability, content, security, or privacy practices. Separate terms may apply.
Disclaimers
We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, and error-free operation to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for independent evaluation, validation, controls, and lawful use.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeglioGen and its owners, affiliates, personnel, licensors, and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity; or damages arising from misuse, prohibited use, research decisions, third-party services, carrier events, or inability to access the Site.
Aggregate liability arising from a product, order, or these Terms will not exceed the amount actually paid to MeglioGen for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim, except where law prohibits that limitation.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MeglioGen and its related parties from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, and reasonable costs arising from your breach, unlawful or prohibited use, mishandling, resale, transfer, claims, research activity, fraud, security interference, or violation of law or third-party rights.
Disputes and governing principles
Before filing a formal claim, contact [email protected] with details and the requested resolution. The parties will attempt good-faith informal resolution for at least 30 days unless immediate action is necessary.
These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. federal and state law, without conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Judicial proceedings must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction over the dispute and parties.

Electronic communications
You consent to electronic agreements, notices, receipts, and disclosures and are responsible for maintaining a current email address.
Assignment, severability, and waiver
You may not assign these Terms without written consent. We may assign them with a transfer of operations or assets. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified or severed minimally while the remainder continues. Failure to enforce is not a waiver.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including carrier disruption, weather, disaster, labor dispute, outage, cyber incident, government action, public-health event, shortage, or payment-network interruption.
Entire agreement
These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement concerning the Site and purchases, except a separate writing signed by an authorized representative.
