Research Use Only shipments

MeglioGen ships laboratory research materials only to purchasers and locations that satisfy our Terms and Conditions, eligibility requirements, and applicable laws. Products are not shipped for human or veterinary consumption, clinical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, compounding, food, cosmetic, household use, or any other prohibited purpose.

We may request age, identity, organization, location, payment, or research-use verification before fulfillment. An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance or shipment.

Order review and processing

Processing may include payment authorization, fraud screening, purchaser eligibility review, inventory confirmation, address validation, documentation association, picking, protective packaging, and label creation.

Processing estimates are not guarantees. Orders placed after a displayed cutoff, during weekends or holidays, during elevated volume, or requiring manual review may begin processing on a later business day. MeglioGen may hold, limit, split, refuse, or cancel an order for legitimate inventory, payment, security, compliance, eligibility, restricted-location, pricing, or operational reasons.

Shipping methods, estimates, and charges

Available shipping services, estimated timing, rates, handling charges, and any order-based shipping offer are displayed at checkout. Availability can vary by destination, product, order value, carrier capacity, operational requirements, and legal restrictions.

Unless a service is expressly identified as guaranteed in writing, all processing, transit, and delivery dates are estimates. Paying for an expedited service generally changes the courier service level after transfer; it does not automatically eliminate order review or processing time.

Complete and accurate shipping information

The purchaser must provide a complete, lawful, secure, and deliverable address, including unit, suite, laboratory, department, recipient, access, and postal information when applicable. Review the address before submitting the order.

Contact [email protected] immediately if a correction is needed. Changes are not guaranteed after processing begins, and MeglioGen will not redirect a package when doing so creates fraud, security, carrier, or compliance risk.

Additional charges, delays, loss, or return-to-sender events caused by incorrect, incomplete, refused, inaccessible, or unauthorized delivery information may remain the purchaser’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

Tracking notification

After the fulfillment team completes the shipment, available tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout and may also appear in My Account. The notification typically identifies the courier and provides a tracking number or secure tracking link.

Carrier systems control scan timing and status language. It is normal for tracking to remain at “label created,” “pre-shipment,” or a similar status until the first courier scan. MeglioGen cannot create or modify carrier scans.

Delivery and secure receipt

The purchaser is responsible for monitoring tracking and arranging prompt, secure receipt at the submitted address. A carrier may deliver to a mailroom, reception area, parcel locker, authorized agent, household member, or another location permitted by the carrier’s service rules.

Signature, identity verification, access instructions, or delivery restrictions may apply when shown at checkout or required by MeglioGen or the courier. Requests left only in an order note are not guaranteed to be accepted by the carrier.

Once a shipment is marked delivered, first check the delivery area, building personnel, household or facility recipients, mailroom, lockers, neighbors where appropriate, and the carrier’s delivery record.

Carrier delays and shipment interruptions

Delivery can be affected by weather, natural disaster, emergency, holiday volume, labor disruption, mechanical failure, traffic, security screening, government action, service outage, customs, incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or other events beyond MeglioGen’s reasonable control.

If MeglioGen learns that an order cannot ship within the represented or legally applicable time, we will provide any delay notice, revised estimate, consent option, cancellation opportunity, and prompt refund required by applicable law. Where the law permits, a purchaser who agrees to wait remains bound by the other terms of the order.

Protective packaging and transit conditions

MeglioGen uses packaging selected for the product format, operational conditions, and anticipated shipment. Packaging methods may change based on product, destination, season, carrier service, availability, and compliance needs.

Protective packaging does not create a guarantee that a package will remain at a constant temperature or avoid every transit condition. Qualified purchasers must inspect shipments promptly, document concerns before further handling, and evaluate materials under their own validated procedures before research use.

MeglioGen does not provide medical advice, dosing, reconstitution instructions, or human or animal administration guidance.

Missing, damaged, incorrect, or lost shipments

Report a potential issue to [email protected] as soon as it is discovered. Preserve the product and all packaging in the received condition. Include:

• Order number and checkout email.
• Product name, quantity, and visible lot or batch identifier.
• Tracking number and carrier status.
• Clear photographs of the outer package, shipping label, internal packaging, product, label, seals, and visible damage.
• A concise description of the issue and when it was discovered.

MeglioGen may review fulfillment, inventory, lot, packaging, delivery, and courier records and request additional evidence. Opening a claim does not guarantee a refund, replacement, exchange, or credit. Approved resolutions are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable law.

Restricted destinations and order refusal

MeglioGen may decline or cancel shipment to a location where the product, purchaser, transaction, carrier service, export, import, possession, or intended activity may violate law, policy, sanctions, safety requirements, or our RUO restrictions.

The purchaser is responsible for determining whether acquisition, receipt, possession, storage, transfer, research use, and disposal are lawful at the destination. Website access or checkout availability does not constitute legal advice or confirmation that a product is permitted in every jurisdiction.

International shipping, when offered

International service is available only when displayed and accepted at checkout. The purchaser is responsible for accurate import information and, unless stated otherwise, acts as importer of record and is responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage, permits, licenses, documentation, and destination-country requirements.

Customs inspection, detention, refusal, return, abandonment, or seizure may cause delay or loss. MeglioGen does not guarantee clearance and will not misdescribe contents, value, origin, classification, or intended use. Any resolution remains subject to investigation, applicable law, and the Returns & Refunds Policy.
